Имеется в виду, что люди приходят в компанию, чтобы сдать тест на уровень администратора. И компания только посредник
Правильно будет сказать Tests conducted in our company или tests we provided, provided tests.

Возможно, вопрос несложный, но у меня он вызывает трудности.

"provide" - это скорее обеспечивать, предоставить, но не проводить
А слова типа "carry out" или "perform", скорее относятся к лабораторным экспериментам, поэтому я почти уверен в том, что лучше использовать "conduct a test"

agree  Rachel Douglas: conducted, administered, done, ... all are OK, but the main thing is that you're quite right about "by", not "in". One could also say "at" the company, but if the main function of the company is to conduct those tests, then "by" is fine.
