Asker: That is the whole sentence Igor, I forgot the full stop after НДС.

Asker: Thanks, that's helpful, it confirms my suspicions (and Olya's) that it's a bastardised sentence in Russian.

neutral  ViBe: If the Russian is just plain wrong (grammar-wise), your suggested translation is ambiguous at best: if collected BY the tax agent, the tax was charged to WHOM? The original is taciturn in this respect... I'd check with the author(s), if only possible...
