Russian term or phrase: Анализ и оценка годового отчета ООО "ХХХ"
Which of the two translations is more appropriate:

1) XXX Ltd.'s Annual Report Analysis and Assessment OR

2) Analysis and Assessment of the Annual Report of XXX Ltd.

And what about punctuation marks, shall we put the company's name in quotation marks and/or put the apostroph?

Sorry, I did not notice that it was Ltd in your version. Still, OOO is most often used in law

-> Dear colleague, I have worked in big western banks for quite a while. For example, Societe Generale Russia and Nordea Russia use services of Linklaters. Guess what? OOO, ZAO and OAO and never LLC due to differences in the two legal systems.

neutral  Tatiana Grehan: Hi, The Misha! What about instances where a Russian subsidiary of a foreign company is in question. And the name comes up in different sources both with OOO and LLC?

agree  Kate Miz: Alexander is right. OOO cannot be translated because of the difference in the legislation sistems. This issue has been discussed so many times.

Asker: Thanks a lot, Pavel! In the business context it seems to be the best wording. Most probably I needed to provide more context. It is the title of a student's qualification paper, and he cannot review and approve:(
