Russian term or phrase: средневзвешенная процентная ставка в кредитном портфеле
Trying to translate a sentence from a company's quarterly report, the sentence that speaks of its debts.. a bit unsure, help appreciated. (0:

The full quote looks like this: "На 31 марта 2013 года чистый долг компании составил 100 млн долларов, средневзвешенная процентная ставка в кредитном портфеле - 5% годовых против 6% годом ранее."

My drafts of the possible translation:

The company's net debt amounted to $100 millions as of March 31st 2013; the company pays an average annualized weighted interest of 5% for the loans it took against 6% a year ago.

The company's net debt amounted to $100 millions as of March 31st 2013; the annualized average weighted borrowing rate of the loans outstanding is now at 5% against 6% a year ago.

Are these OK? And is there a term for "в кредитном портфеле" (not a bank's portfolio, but one of a borrowing company)?
Thanks in advance

disagree  Pavel Altukhov: You forget the proviso: not a bank's portfolio, but one of a borrowing company. Loan portfolio is equivalent to bank's portfolio.

Это loan portfolio для кредитора, т.е. банка, это его портфель активов. А для заемщика это наоборот, ничего хорошего, это портфель пассивов,т.е. долгов и обязательств. Поэтому loan portfolio здесь не подходит.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Yes, "debt portfolio" is closer to it, Pavel, although I'm afraid it's also used in the loan portfolio sense: http://www.business-standard.com/article/pf/build-debt-portfolio-in-uncertain-markets-112052700020_1.html -- Anyway thank you!
