Imi cer scuze pentru lipsa diacriticelor, dar nu sunt sigura cum ar fi corect sa le adaug.

Passing over the connections and slopes
Explanation:
More context is necessary, but this is how I understood it. I am not sure about "over".

I was also thinking about "gradient" for "declivitate", but in my opinion it can be rather misleading, it all depends on the context. Since there is none, I'd rather go with "slope". I also found glossary entries on this term: http://www.proz.com/?sp=gloss/term&id=5900992, this glossary also give translations "fall" and "declivity".

Asker: There is no more context we can use, it is a listing of specifications. I have found this for "declivitate": http://www.linguee.com/english-romanian/search?source=romanian&query=declivitate

Asker: What do you think? Thanks a lot for your post and your thoughts on this.
