In the UK, the Land or Charge (Mortage) Cert. is also divided into 3 parts:

1. the proprietorship register > showing the land proprietor (owner)
2. the property register > showing the extent of the land bought and sold
3. the charges register showing the 'proprietor' of any mortgages (known as the mortgagee) like land charges (known as the chargee) or servitues like easements (rights of way etc:)
