Utilizând aceste concepte, în Capitolul II analizez starea de spirit a .......

In the Romanian version of the text I have to translate, the 1st person sg pronoun is used to express the writer. When rendering the text in English, should I use the plural form "we" or both 'I' and 'we' are accepted?
Thank you for your precious help.

both versions should be OK
Explanation:
As to my knowledge both versions are OK, just make sure you stay consistent: if you use "we" once, use it throughout the translation (don't switch between I and we).

Also, I would recommend you go with the future tense (but that might just be me... it sounds a bit more natural with the future I guess)
"I will analyze"
"We will analyze"
