Să fie "lift structure"?

Structura portanta este protejata pe termen lung inca din momentul constructiei. Toate placarile de fatada a caselor cu structura din lemn, fiind asamblate ca o „dubla protectie”, degradarea lor eventuala (daca intretinerea este cu adevarat tardiva) nu atinge structura portanta, ele fiind separate printr-un strat protector de aer ce asigura ventilatie si protectie contra umezelii.
