This sounds contradictory to me, or could it be that I am not familiar with the meaning of the expression

a solicitat respingerea inregistrarii marcii xxx No. depozit xxxxxxxx pentru produsele din classele 29 si 30 cu exceptia produselor din clasa 30 "Biscuiti, prajituri si napolitane umplute" considerandu=se ca marcile suint similare din punct de vedere vizual...... etc etc

This is contradictory because the line says "for products of classes 29 and 30 with the exception of 30." 30 is generally "Biscuiti, prajituri si napolitane umplute", so why would they say to include No.30 and then except No.30. ???

Asker: Thanks, great help. ps. I have just been using "filled wafers" anyway as I am sure at least one of these items would include "waffles" to the UK trader.
