Terminations are required to be well founded and reasonable according to the law. If a termination is done in conflict with the law the employer is liable for damages towards the employee. |

for subjective reasons Explanation: E complicată treaba, pentru că există concediere justă din motive legate de persoana angajatului (http://www.codulmuncii.ro/titlul_2/capitolul_5/sectiunea_3_1... Aici probabil angajata susţine că nu a existat un asemenea motiv. Varianta pe care o propun e doar o sugestie, poate te ajută. Şi publicaţiile în limba engleză folosesc sintagma "subjective reasons" în contextul concedierii corecte, ca să zic aşa, de aceea nu sunt foarte sigură. |
