Tech/Engineering - Architecture / University Architectural degree transcript
Romanian term or phrase: Scoli si curente in arhitectura
I am translating an educational transcript of an architectural degree for a student who studied at Ion Mincu University of Architecture during the 80's. This term is one of the course titles.

I am not sure whether it is a course for teaching architecture, i.e. architectural teacher training, or whether it is some other sort of course.

I would like some indication of what the term means, and if possible, links to similar courses in English speaking universities. A literal translation does not always work for this sort of thing.

Thank you.

architectural schools and movements
Explanation:
Schools here is more likely to be synonymous to movements, not to the physical building. as in "schools of thought"

On second thought, I think: schools and movements in architecture sounds more like a university course, although it's closer to the original.
