Punctul 14 înscria dreptul corăbierilor de a beneficia de locuri de folosinţă comună (păşuni şi păduri), dar nu li se permitea să intre în păşunile şi pădurile oprite decât cu încuviinţarea juzilor. Dreptul de măcelărit şi crâşmărit le era acordat doar pentru timpul care le era acordat şi celorlalţi ţărani, sau în timpul oprit, numai cu îngăduinţa stăpânilor locului. Ei puteau să ţină vin şi să taie animale exclusiv pentru folosinţa gospodăriilor proprii şi fără a păgubi satul.
