Empreendimento ist immer mehr Bau als Handel. Und der Immobilienhandel ist im ersten Teil schon abgedeckt!!
Gut finde ich zum Beispiel
...Ausübung des Baugesschäfts, dazu gehören Bebauung, Parzellierung und Anschluss an die Infrastruktur von Grundstücken... der Schluss ist nämlich eher beschreibend als ergänzend zu verstehen
Diese übersetzung wäre zwar nicht ganz korrekt
