Leve ao lume um tacho com um pouco de água para derreter as gelatinas até ficarem completamente liquidas, retira-se do lume e junta-se rapidamente ao preparado anterior. Polvilhe uma forma de tarte com bolachas reduzidas a pó, deite a mistura e volte a deitar o resto da bolacha em pó.
