Late charge Explanation: Could also be "late fee". One of the Michaelis Dictionary's translations of "pena" is "penalty" Reference: http://michaelis.uol.com.br/moderno/ingles/index.php?lingua=... Reference: http://nagib.net/index.php/2012-02-14-14-10-54/28-direito-ci... |

holdover penalty Explanation: https://www.google.com.br/?gfe_rd=cr&ei=b66aVf2bMona8gfXxYH4... The Holdover Clause is another one of those clauses that is hard for a tenant to focus on at the inception of the lease. No one likes to think about the possibility of moving out later than the lease stipulates! However, the **holdover penalty** that most landlords ask for is between 150-200% of the escalated rent, can make for significant penalties. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 hr (2015-07-06 16:50:05 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Aluguel pena – Pagamento que o locatário deve fazer ao locador, quando, terminado o prazo contratual do imóvel alugado, nele continuar a residir sem a reformulação do aluguel. |
