Por falar em luz, quantas vezes observei, num deslumbramento absoluto, a luz de um fim de tarde pousar sobre as coisas um verniz dourado que as transfigura, de forma que as coisas mais insignificantes se tornam visões do paraíso. Chamam-lhe em inglês “the golden hour” ( a hora de ouro)… Vivo exclusivamente da emoção que me dá essa luz, como uma espécie de mocho ao contrário... sem ela, como há de ser? Temo não ter vocação para ser mocho de verdade num Museu de História Natural, mesmo que seja em Viena.
