  -> Obrigada, Oliveira Simões, mas são duas coisas diferentes. Como tem um "número de prescrição" é mais provável que seja um prontuário eletrônico. Me parece uma "backtranslation", porque não costumamos dizer "pacientes externos" aqui, dizemos "ambulatório".
