Management
Portuguese term or phrase: Contribuir para o cumprimento...
This is the context:

"Contribuir para o cumprimento da Política e Objetivos da (name of the company)."

I would translate this way:

"Contributing to the implementation of the Policy and Objectives of ..."

The word "implementation", seems that doesn't fit here very well :-). Am I wrong?

Thank you for your help! :-)

Explanation:
I think compliance with the policy... or fulfillment of would both work, just offering another idea.

Explanation:
I think you need 2 verbs here, one doesn't work for both policy and goals (and lose the capitals!)

agree  Carolyn Oliveira: ("lose the capitals" :)) I was also thinking that maybe it should be "contributing to compliance with the policy and fulfillment of the objectives"
