Portuguese term or phrase: Política de remuneração
This is the name of one HR module. I found 'interest policy' as a translation. After a research I only arrived at 'Conflict of interest Policy', but the meanings are different.

'A política de remuneração é uma das medidas adotadas para gestores que precisam investir em meios de atrair mais profissionais e reter talentos.'

'A conflict of interest policy is used to outline procedures for employees when a possible conflict exists between their own personal interests and the interests of the organization.'

Remuneration policy

Explanation:
It seems straightforward. Did you mix up the source text with a different one about conflict of interest (which is an entirely different thing) ?
