annual leave bonus free of charges in the month Explanation: Sugestão. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 day 4 hrs (2019-04-10 10:22:29 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Férias is NECESSARILY an annual leave. If the employee chooses not to "leave" and prefers to receive the days partially in cash, it is still called an "annual leave" in the payroll and in the accounting records. What you cannot call it is "annual bonus" because that would make a big mess with things like the "13º salário" and "participação nos lucros", which are actual bonuses. The annual leave is not a bonus. It's a mandatory leave set forth in the labor laws.
