Portuguese term or phrase: Volante
Hi all,

Just translating a small piece of information on Brazilian lotteries. I just wanted to check the term "volante". Obviously literally it means wheel, but here it clearly refers to the selection of numbers someone can choose to bet on. Images show the standard slip of paper with boxes of numbers.

Is there a specific name for this in US lottery or gambling terminology?

Many thanks.

English translation:Playslip
Explanation:
"Volante" is actually the form where you select the numbers before buying the ticket. In most UK sites about the National Lottery they mention a "play slip". You can read an example in the web reference I pasted here.

It can be also "playslip" according to Law Insider and Collins Dictionary.

This answer gives me the most specific term, thank you. I have cross-referenced it with US lotteries, and can see this does exist in US context: https://www.lotteriesinusa.com/lotteries/florida-lottery/attachment/florida-lotto-payslip/
