definite relief Explanation: Sugestão: "DEFINITIVE RELIEF If the court understood from the trustee’s evaluations and judge’s review that concordat could be successful, it will grant definite relief to the debtor for one year, which can be extended for a further six months." https://www.lexology.com/library/detail.aspx?g=a825b6d8-8038... |

Remedies Explanation: Alternative 1: Civil Law Remedies. Alternative 2: Forms of final relief. Alternative 3 (much less likely): final relief which is unappealable. (Sometimes "definitivo" means "final and unappealable". But this would be extremely unlikely in listing the elements of an academic course.)) NB: "definite relief", which was suggested, is unidiomatic. It is not a legal term of art. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2 days 36 mins (2020-10-03 20:39:25 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- (An academic course or program of courses.) |
