This is a title in a short script about strawberry farming, with the farmer talking about his career and using greenhouses of different types..

I can't think of a good way to translate it..

Thanks guys, In the end I went with Horticultural on it's own, not because I think it's the best translation of the word, but because in the entire video/document there was only ever any reference to fruit and veg and no mention anywhere of any animals..
And as I did say in the entry, this was a title, and only a title to a section of an interview.. nothing more.

Oops. Sorry I hadn't seen it.
Granjeiros, however, refer mainly to poltry, not to pigs or other animals. It's mainly the producion of chicken and eggs. If you search for "granja", all you'll see is chickens. I didn't know "hennery" was an uncommon word, but the solution should be something related to poltry, IMO.

Did you see my comment below on 'hennery'? It's an obscure word that is not normally used in farming.

IMHO, the Asker made it quite clear that it's a title for an article and explained what the subject matter is. Clearly the article is about the author's experience growing the plants and running his/her operation.

The terms "hortigrranjeiros" and "hortifrutigranjeiros" usually refer to the products placed in the market for sale. They could refer to the process, considering it would be within the definition of the terms, but it's not common, I'd say.

It's not clear if the Asker wants the translation for an adjective (which "hortigranjeiro" is) or a noun (products/activities). Definitely, more context is needed. It's essential for good translation!!! By context, I mean the actual wording from the source text, not the Asker's interpretation of it.

We don't know if the latter part of the word refers simply to the activity of cultivating crops or if it includes raising chickens, or pigs, or even cows, for that matter.

And 'horticulture' is a very commonly used; no need to break it down into fruits and vegetables, especially because the seems to be referring to the process and not the end product.
