Polish term

Sp. z o. o. (correct format?)

Non-PRO Polish Bus/Financial General / Conversation / Greetings / Letters
I assume this is the equivalent of plc, but how should it actually be written? There are various versions on the web. I don't speak Polish and am actually translating the French version of a Polish document into English. The French translator has translated the name of the company (i.e. X Polska Sp. z o. o. becomes X Pologne SPRL), which I find a bit odd. I'd like to leave the name as is but want to check the correct format. Above is how it appears in Polish (missing a full stop after o). SpZOO, Sp zoo... ?
Thanks!

My thoughts exactly, which is why I found it odd ;-)

X Polska Sp. z o. o. and X Pologne SPRL from your example are different companies.
