neutral  Crannmer: sos własny ogórka? Tu IMHO zalewa własna = zalewa do kiszenia wykonana przez oferenta, a nie wydzielina własna (sok) z ogórków.

  -> Kto wie, możliwe. Myślę, że używane to jest w obydwu znaczeniach, trzeba by wyjaścić. W każdym razie w przypadku mojej wersji wyobrażałabym sobie nie tyle sam sok ogórka, ile sok z wodą i ewentualnie przyprawami, niemniej jednak bez octu itd.
