Hi, I'm dealing with the translation of some documents from hospital. There is a document titled Karta badania histopatologicznego with the details of the patient, type of specimen and the result of the examination. Could you please let me know how to tile this kind of document in English? Is it enough to write Histopathology exam? If there is someone who was dealing with such kind of translation I would be very grateful if I could receive the glossary. My last question is about the final translation. I have received all files in pdf so should I send them to the translation office in the same form but in English (leaving the logo of the hospital etc. in the same place) or can I do it in Microsoft Word ?
