draining of the blood Explanation: c) w przypadkach śmierci z zagardlenia. ------ Layer-by-layer dissection of the anterior neck tissues is typically performed after blood has been allowed to drain from the chest and head. This dissection technique allows demonstration of injuries to the neck soft tissues, hyoid bone, larynx, and blood vessels - https://ishr.site/gBX4 ----- Indistinct or obscure external injuries may become more apparent at completion of autopsy after blood has drained and the tissues begin to dry. For internal examination of the neck dissect the chest flap upward to the level of the chin, expose the neck muscles~ and~organs after the neck vessels have been drained of blood by removal of: the heart. Note the location of hemorrhage into muscles. Hemorrhage will be greatest in manual strangulation or severe blunt trauma of the neck. - https://www.ncjrs.gov/pdffiles1/Digitization/43951NCJRS.pdf - page 11 |
