Polish term or phrase: najwyższa swoboda i wpływ . . . , jaka
My main question is about the antecedent of "jaka". Is "swoboda" its grammatical antecedent, even though "jaka" should (in my understanding) refer to "swoboda i wpływ," perhaps with a plural form?

Other than that question, this is a tough sentence that I'm not quite sure I've interpreted correctly, on a number of points, so please tell me about anything you think looks off. Many thanks!

Original: Zdobycie najwyższej swobody i wpływu organizacji robotniczej wewnątrz fabryki, jaka się daje uzyskać dla najemnych ofiar wyzysku kapitalistycznego, musi być celem wytycznym obecnej walki zawodowej i dla zdobycia jej koniecznym jest możliwie silny nacisk proletarjatu zapomocą wszelkich środków, będących wyrazem świadomości i woli masy proletariackiej.

My take: The guiding vision of the current trade struggle must be for worker organizations to gain the highest freedoms and levels of influence within the factory that can be attained for hired victims of capitalist profit, and crucial for such attainment is the potentially enormous pressure the proletariat can exert, using every means that is a manifestation of the consciousness and will of the proletarian masses.
