Country style head cheese Explanation: Unfortunately, salceson has an English name.. i would leave the Polush name in brackets if you like. I say "unfortunately" because the term is awful. This is no cheese, after all. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 8 mins (2016-10-13 15:10:36 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Also, salceson is not particularly Polish. The Polish name may confuse a customer. The Polish name serives from "saucisson" which does not mean salceson. |
