agree  Andrew Alix: This is the correct term. If it were a fuse, you would remove it. A circuit breaker has to be locked out.

neutral  Per Bergvall: If you think the Norwegian sentence is complete, it must have hit your blind spot. ...eller bryter - bryter what? If it's a noun, it should be in the definite form to appear even remotely Norwegian. Låser av ... I rest my case.
