4 +2 | police officer |

police officer Explanation: True, lensmann is a little like a county sheriff, but much more than that, with magistrate functions among his or her many duties. A betjent at the lensmann office may be just a clerk, but clerks do not normally pursue the bad guys physically. Hence, just police officer would be my choice, as there is no direct equivalent post. |
