Explanation:
Ettersprengning is essentially a secondary round of blasting which is only necessary if the planned blasting operations did not achieve the depths/widths required. Sometimes you could have a few outliers/outcrops.
I assume your source text is a contract spec, so it's essentially saying that the contractor has to get it right the first time, because the client is going to pay for time and materials for them to have a second go at it.

I should add that trim blasting may not be the perfect translation, but it does convey a more careful blasting operation than what the initial one would have been. It's often difficult to provide direct English equivalents for Norwegian tunneling/explosives terminology.
