Once again, on the back of a list of names/dates, written in Norway in the late 19th or early 20th century: "Disse Datumer fik vi en dag ifra Prestefruen det er slet ingen græie paa dem men det gaar nu for det samme at sende dem. Saa vil jeg sende dig min Kjære Bestemor en hjertelig kjær hilsen som jeg dog aldrig har set untagen en skygge men dog hørt saa mangen en god fortelling om og saa mangen hilsning og ærindring hvilket jeg alt takker for. Saa en venlig hilsen ifra din Dottersøn N. N."

Can "men det gaar nu for det samme at sende dem" be loosely translated something like "but it works to send them this way"?
