Vadinasi, tas riktas užfiksuotas 18 km ilgio geležinkelio ruože tarp piketų Nr. 4 ir 10 (tarp 4-o ir 10-o kilometro), arba jeigu žiūrėti pagal pirmą sakinį, kažkur prie piketo Nr. 4? Gerai supratau?

Tai turbūt skambėtų maždaug taip: "on the 18 km section between pickets 4 and 10" arba "on the 18 km section at the picket 4".
