8. /APKLAUSOS/ TVARKA
8.1. Susipažinimas su tiekėjų /pasiūlymais/, gautais elektroniniu paštu, prilyginamas vokų atplėšimui. Su pateiktais pasiūlymais (toliau vadinamas Elektroninių vokų atplėšimo procedūra) susipažinimas vyks dviejuose Komisijos posėdžiuose.
