General Manager's authorisation Explanation: Žodžiai „generalinio direktoriaus įgaliojimą“ reiškia "General Manager's authorisation". Visas sakinys: Atstovai, veikiantys pagal įmonės įstatus ir/ar generalinio direktoriaus įgaliojimą... = Representatives acting in accordance with the company's articles of incorporation and/or the General Manager's authorisation". Pastaba: Lietuvoje per dažnai „(generalis) direktorius“ večiamas "Director (General) ", kai turėtų būti "General Manager". Angliškai kalbančiuose kraštuose mažų ir vidutiniškų įmonių vadovas vadinamas Manager, ne Director. Tiktai labai didelės įmonės arba valdžios institucijos turi Director (General). Reikia atsiminti, kad "Company Director" = "Board of Directors" narys, visai ne tas pats kaip Manager. |
