non-requitable transfer of ownership
Explanation:
Anglonas sako, kad 'requite' reiškia: at(si)lyginti, at(si)mokėti (for – už; with – kuo); to requite like for like — atsilyginti tuo pačiu .
Non-requitable = neatlygintinis — nereikia at(si)lyginti

"Gratuitous transfer of ownership" netinka. Žodis "gratuitous" nebenaudjamas prasme "nemokamas, neatlyginamas". Dabar visuomet turi reikšmę "be pagrindo, nereikalingas", pav. "gratuitous insult" = nepelnytas įžeidimas .

Be to, "unrequited love" yra kai A myli B, bet B nemyli A. :-)
