Explanation:
My guess it should be metastasis because there is the description of lung's obstruction. But "obstruction" is an English word (but its origin is Latin: ob-struo/before - built/. The term " pulmonum" is used in English and exists in med.dictionary (and "vesica, urinary, St/age/" also).
Sorry for guessing but it is the best I can do without the additional information.
