Latin term or phrase: in eurom domibus continue non retinerent
I am looking for someone to help me translate this phrase from Latin into English or Italian so that I can better understand the Italian text.

Context:

Il consigliere comunale Franciscus Drude riferisce come, in un precedente consiglio(al tempo della capitananza di Aldemultius), si fosse deliberato di eleggere Corradutius Bonaguide alla carica di sindaco, al fine di poter comporre pacificamente detta vertenza. Lo stesso consigliere aggiunge che in quella occasione era stato predisposto un arbitrato, concepito da dominus Falacasa (giudice eugubino) e materialmente redatto dal notaio ser Andrea Salinguerra.

Nell’atto citato erano meticolosamente descritti i confini e fissate alcune norme così sunteggiate:

>.Gli stessi diritti siano inoltre goduti: per un terzo da Petrus d.ni Armanni, per un terzo da Oddolus d.ni Armanni, per un terzo dai figli di Munaldellus.

English translation:who would not continually keep (the animals) in their home/on their premisesir premises
Explanation:
I think what is being contrasted here is the rights of individuals who habitually keep animals and the rights of those who don't.

should not keep [the animals] uninterruptedly in their homes

Explanation:
On the contrary, let this not be permissible if ever the same men "should not keep [the animals] uninterruptedly in their homes."

'Eurom' is a typo for 'eorum'.
