Latin term or phrase: Florent Victoria Rigna
This is a phrase I found on an old coin (or possibly medal) that I would like to have translated. I don't know much latin, but the word "Rigna" appears incorrect; however, this is really how it appears on the coin. If this is any help, the coin is dated 1745.

English translation:realms flourish by victory
Explanation:
I think rigna is in fact regna, so regna is (or, to be punctual are, because it is plural) the subject, florent is the predicate and victoria is in abl., this is an abl. instrumenti.
