I'm saying JUST THAT! You've got CUM LAUDE, then + GOOD, EXTRA GOOD, or SUPER GOOD! As it is an Academic Certificate (for academics) it makes no sense whatever to try and translate it. My PhD is from a Spanish University - I have just got CUM LAUDE (which is good enough for me) with the grade "SOBRESALIENTE" which basically is 9/10 :-) Leave it as it is! It's Latin. It's academic!
