Japanese term or phrase:
In a commodity contract:
I have ventured:
Where there has only been 1 discharge port, the futures price applicable to the above price shall be fixed by applying a USD2/tonne discount to whatever futures price would apply by the earlier of the date 10 days before lading commences or the date on which there is notification of physical delivery in relation to the delivery month for the above futures price.

But that makes no sense to me, particularly (but not only) the
How can the notification of physical delivery 'relate to' the delivery month for the futures price?

English translation:Notification of delivery
Explanation:
I would go with "In the event there is only one loading port, a discount of 2USD per ton will be applied to the above noted future price up to ten days before loading or before notification of delivery has been sent for the month of delivery relating to the price noted above (or whichever is earlier)"

There are still some extraneous words that could be cut from my attempt and I'd probably reword it to have pricing as the main subject, maybe "Pricing includes a discount"
