Japanese term or phrase: "ホテルマン"
When searching for definitions I get the obvious hotel man, which is clearly not correct, as well as hotel keeper, which to me also sounds awkward. Any other options? Or is hotel keeper actually a position in the hotel industry?
BrinG
hotel staff
Explanation:
The link below says the term covers everyone who works at a hotel but especially those in the front. I think "hotel staff" should work fine. If there's a way to work the term "hospitality" in too, that might be nice.

agree  Alexander C. Thomson: Yes, if it covers all with guest-facing jobs, then either ‘hotel staff’ or something that collocates well with ‘hospitality’, such as the slightly wooden but well-understood ‘hospitality industry staff/workers’.

Explanation:
It is depending on how "ホテルマン" is used in the original. Can you give more information? Hotel staff is also good but again it is depending on how you say it.

Hotelier

Explanation:
This is usually used when referring to someone who is in a managerial position of a hotel. Obviously, all the other answers are not incorrect, but if your context is as I suspect, "hotelier" would be a suitable translation.
