Your question is from this site, right? The first part (伏見濠川) should be separated from the second part, so that the meaning of the sentence is 「市バスに乗車して、京橋というバス停で下車すれば、すぐそこに伏見濠川がある」

neutral  Raitei: 「市バス」 in this context is pointing to a specific route (19号系統). I believe it is necessary to mention the destinations of the various buses that stop at Kyobashi. Lord knows that tourists need all the help they can get in Japan.
