至 To Explanation: Usually this is seen on schematic diagrams or maps to indicate direction, although I guess it could be used in text as well. In this case, it appears to be indicating where the pipelines, cables, etc., are leading to, that is, 至熱料 would be "to fuel (tank)", and 至発電機 would be "to electric generator". |
