レトルト食品は sealed pouches of foodでいいでしょうか。retortは通じにくいようですが。
インターネットをみますと、retort pounced foodはありますが、sealed pouched foodはありません。できればsealed pouched foodを使いたいのですが。

I understand completely when you say "sealed pouches". I had to google "retort pouch". There are a lot of options for marketing and it would depend on the specific food and preparation method. For example, it's "boil-in-the-bag" if you put the pouch in boiling water (but with rice the bag is perforated, not sealed).
