This is an Uzbekistani woman's name.

Does anybody know how it would be spelled in English?

Sanobar
Explanation:
I did a bit of googling, and Sanobar seems to be the most viable interpretation from the katakana. Check out facebook and you will find quite a few women in Uzbekistan with this name. I wish I could give a better answer, but I hope this helps.

agree  Port City: I think this is a Romanised spelling of what is originally in Cyrillic letters. (A Russian drink "квас" is sometimes called クヴァス in Japanese and kvass in English.)
