すがしもていがい Explanation: There are a few place called 下堤外 in Japan (ex.Yokohama, Toyota) and their pronunciation is しもていがい, so this place would be shimo-teigai too. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 48 mins (2014-02-22 07:28:15 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- 須賀 is すか as you said.
