前提条件 here is the title of an Artile in an agreement.

When I hear the word "前提条件", I imagine something that is required before something else will occur. I usually use "conditions precedent" for 前提条件. However, the 前提条件s in the Agreement that I am working on now sound different.

Now, the 前提条件 described in the Agreement are as follows:

Article 1 (前提条件)
(1) 受託業務は6月6日付で発行した見積書に基づくものとする。
(2) 本契約に記載無き事項は、見積書の記載内容が適用されるものとする
(3) 本契約書と見積書において条件内容が異なる場合、本契約書の条件を適用するものとする

Do you think the above (1) - (3) can be called conditions precedent? If not, what should they be called? Maybe General provisions...I am not sure. Thank you in advance!

I think "preconditions" might work it's more general and not as strong as prerequisite but agree that the following terms are not actually "preconditions" and are subject to change based on the estimate. Therefore I think "advance provisions" could work.
