In the US and UK it's not so simple; certification is the responsibility of an association, such as the AICPA in the US or the CPAA (or several others) in the UK. Each body may have different rules. Japanese law Translation (link below) is often a good place to find terms, but in this case the law hasn't already been translated. I would just make a new term and stick with it.
